We want you to love the products you ordered! But if you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process as simple as possible.
How long do I have before returning the product? Do I need to pay for shipping?
The return period is 30 days.
1. You have up to 30 days to return the product. You must return and mail your return package within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted.
2. Shipping costs: Plushshop.com will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges if the product arrives damaged, different, or unusable. If the customer needs to return and exchange the product due to personal issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
What should I do if I need to request a return and exchange?
To initiate a return and exchange, please contact our customer service team ([email protected]) for evaluation. Once approved, the return address will be emailed to you. Please note that the item must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, not the address you originally received it.
How will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account upon your request.
Important Tips:
1. Do not send your return to the shipper address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the return processing. You can only send it to the address provided by our customer service.
2. Please make sure that your return package does not accidentally contain non-nosiki.shop items. We are not responsible for shipping these items back to you.
